Location: Hybrid (60% on-site presence in Munich or Berlin, Germany)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to final delivery.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on user insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
• Develop and evolve the MUI-based Design System.
• Mentor other designers and advocate for climate impact in product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B software.
• Proficiency in user research, interaction design, and visual execution.
• Experience working within a PM–Design–Engineering product triangle.
• Experience contributing to and using a Design System.
• Fluent English proficiency; German is considered a plus.
• Must be able to maintain 60% on-site presence in Munich or Berlin.
