What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot all hardware and software systems.
• Provide hands-on end-user support for applications, tools, and hardware.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Support the purchasing team with IT-related procurement matters.
• Research and integrate new technologies to improve company efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in IT operations or support.
• Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Proficiency in both macOS and Windows ecosystems.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Passion for games and a strong commitment to teamwork.
