What you will do

• Oversee and manage a team of 3D/2D model and texture artists for character and creature projects.
• Lead the artistic direction to ensure alignment with the visual style and narrative of the project.
• Manage communication with clients regarding artistic and technical specifications.
• Establish and optimize art production pipelines in coordination with clients.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to artists to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
• Play a key role in recruiting and building a strong Character Art team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in leadership roles within the video game industry.
• Proven track record of shipping at least 2 AAA games.
• Mastery of 3D Studio Max or Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and Marvelous Designer.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine and Unity.
• English: C1+ level of communication is a must.
• Strong artistic ability and sketching skills.
