What you will do

• Perform accounting activities in accordance with principles and standards to control financial resources.
• Check payment requests for staff claims and local vendor payments using the e-claim system.
• Receive and book documents for sales staff claims and vendor invoices into correct accounts and cost centers.
• Ensure payment accuracy by cross-checking PR, PO, delivery notes, and invoices within terms.
• Control accrual expenses for month-end closing processes.
• Manage bank payments and bank statement posting.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Available to work full-time.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working and communication proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong teamwork and presentation skills.
