What you will do
- Own technical enablement strategy for products across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term adoption.
- Design and deliver high-impact engagements like developer workshops, executive briefings, and technical bootcamps.
- Drive customer activation, usage, and business value through structured enablement programs and scalable assets.
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop a team of Technical AI Deployment Managers.
- Establish best practices, goals, and metrics for technical enablement delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to incorporate customer insights into strategy and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical enablement.
- 2+ years leading technical, customer-facing teams (solutions engineering, technical success, developer relations, or similar).
- Strong technical depth in APIs, coding, agents, AI systems, RAG, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and production deployment.
- Experience leading technical trainings, workshops, or enablement programs for enterprise customers.
- Ability to explain complex systems to executive and developer audiences and connect to business outcomes.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments with quick learning of new technologies.
