What you will do

• Lead the design and development of machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into the platform.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Research and implement new algorithms and technologies to enhance product performance.
• Present insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
• Support decision-making through data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, and knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of statistics, data modeling, and MLOps principles.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
