What you will do

• Develop and execute clear marketing, PR, and social media strategies to drive brand growth and achieve key metrics.
• Establish marketing capabilities and prioritize initiatives across multiple global brands.
• Lead the in-house creative agency by setting design strategy and ensuring brand consistency.
• Optimize consumer engagement and reach using YouTube analytics and content strategy.
• Manage and track the marketing budget to ensure efficient launches and strong ROI.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Production, and Music teams to maximize cross-functional impact.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in global marketing leadership.
• Proven success in brand and franchise strategy, preferably within entertainment or media.
• Expertise in social media marketing tailored to kids and family audiences.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube analytics, monetization, and audience behavior.
• Experience managing and mentoring diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
