What you will do

• Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on team tasks and deliverables.
• Lead team meetings, represent the team, and draft progress reports for project leads.
• Coach and mentor team members on technical and artistic aspects.
• Anticipate conflicts, recommend solutions, and coordinate bug corrections.
• Participate in performance assessments, onboarding, and recruitment.
• Perform hands-on AI programming tasks as needed based on team size.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in computer science/engineering or equivalent for video games.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience including one complete game production.
• Strong leadership, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of real-time 3D engines, level editors, and tools like JIRA, Perforce.
• Ability to work in a team, delegate, manage stress, and show initiative.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Database knowledge and MS Office suite.
