What you will do

• Own the marketing events calendar across all Saudi properties from ideation to execution.
• Plan and execute community activations, brand moments, and property launches.
• Manage vendors, logistics, timelines, and on-site production.
• Coordinate with property teams for scheduling, setup, and resident communications.
• Implement local marketing campaigns and own the local marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with global content team to capture and distribute event content.

Requirements

• 5+ years in events, marketing, or brand management across multiple venues or properties
• Strong execution skills as a self-starter running events independently
• Experience with local partnership and vendor management
• Ability to manage multiple properties and workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Culturally fluent in the Saudi market
• Arabic speaker strongly preferred

Nice to have

• Familiarity with content creation, social media, and digital marketing
• Experience with AI and design tools (Claude, Canva, Adobe)
