Junior Localization Operations Specialist

TL;DR

Junior Localization Operations Specialist (Gaming): Administrating and managing work of the Localization team for multiple game franchises with an accent on reference materials preparation, vendor communication, and quality checks. Focus on compiling scene references, line counts and reporting, invoice processing, and importing localization files into the game engine.

Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: 6 500 – 8 900 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Compile scene reference lists, create structured Google Docs, and coordinate video recordings with design teams.
• Prepare line counts and generate reports for localization planning.
• Handle vendor communication, send localization and VO orders, and manage extensions and follow-ups.
• Verify and process invoices and purchase orders.
• Review translation exports, import files into the game engine, and perform quality checks and sanity checks for synchronization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in localization
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
