Developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer using superconducting Schrödinger cat qubits with autonomous quantum error correction.
What you will do
- Gather and analyze requirements for features within the simulation framework by interviewing expert users.
- Implement features following established engineering best practices.
- Test and demonstrate features to ensure they meet user needs.
- Review teammates' code to support team development.
- Fix bugs and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's degree in Engineering.
- Practical experience with Python.
- Practical experience with Git.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with GPU programming.
- Familiarity with standard engineering best practices (testing, tooling, CI/CD).
- Scientific background in physics and/or electronics.
