What you will do

• Design, script, and produce high-quality educational videos for training needs.
• Break down complex workflows into clear, structured process descriptions.
• Create and release multilingual content using localization tools and AI solutions.
• Leverage speech-to-text engines for transcription and text-to-speech for multi-language audio.
• Edit videos using tools like Camtasia for clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, experts, and stakeholders on project delivery.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university (Bachelor or Master), preferably in instructional design, media design, video development, or engineering
• Fluent in English (C1+); German desired, other languages a plus
• Strong technology understanding, ability to present technical info on technical and business levels, including mechanical systems and electrical wiring
• Proficient in MS365
• Proven video production and editing experience (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe AE/PR/PS, DaVinci Resolve)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of learning design/adult learning principles
• Project management experience
