What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from active sourcing and market mapping to interviews and offer negotiations.
• Act as strategic partner providing guidance on market trends, role alignment, and data-driven strategies.
• Analyze hiring metrics and industry trends to deliver market insights.
• Upskill hiring leaders to enhance talent acquisition capabilities.
• Champion personalized candidate journeys with consistent communication.
• Evaluate talent against business needs and Leadership Principles.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years recruitment experience focused on Swedish and broader European markets
• Proven track record managing end-to-end talent acquisition in in-house environment across departments and seniority levels
• Proficient in active sourcing and multi-channel strategies
• Deep understanding of complex business models and market intricacies
• Skillful in using data and research for hiring decisions
• Committed to positive candidate experience and transparent communication
• Fluent in Swedish and English (strong written and verbal skills)
