Focus on designing secure architectures, optimizing platform performance, and implementing lineage tracking for reliable downstream analytics.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable data products supporting unified source of truth across global sub-brands.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data ingestion and transformation.
• Design secure, cost-efficient data architectures adhering to best practices in modeling and orchestration.
• Implement data quality controls, lineage tracking, and metadata management for AI/ML semantic layer.
• Collaborate with Analytics and ML teams to deliver high-performing data solutions.
• Monitor, tune, and maintain data platforms with focus on query optimization and schema management.
• Participate in code reviews and documentation for engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in data engineering or related data-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or quantitative field.
• Strong hands-on with Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
• Advanced SQL and data modeling (Dimensional, Star Schema).
• Proficiency in one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and orchestration (dbt, Airflow).
• Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), Git, CI/CD, Docker.
• Understanding of data versioning and schema evolution.
