Salary: $134,450–$167,258 total budget depending on location (US employees: $123,996–$154,253 gross)

What you will do

• Partner with product, sales, customer success, and engineers to develop, ship, and own host-focused features.
• Shape the product using your expertise to improve experiences beyond perfect specs.
• Move fast: simplify, break work into MVPs, and deliver value to hosts quicker.
• Build, iterate, and own magical user experiences with full accountability.
• Implement observability using LogRocket and Sentry to track and debug production features.
• Provide input on maintaining and improving the frontend codebase.

Requirements

• Shipping mentality: Thrill from customer usage, feedback, and iteration.
• Customer and business value over perfect code.
• Experience with modern Angular, RxJS, and Tailwind.

Nice to have

• Work on hybrid mobile apps (Ionic or similar).
