What you will do

• Lead coordination during critical situations, ensuring fast, structured responses.
• Provide transparent, timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Align teams, remove blockers, and accelerate issue resolution to minimize disruption.
• Build and evolve crisis management plans and deliver training for team preparedness.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to implement lasting process improvements.
• Support regional teams in escalation management to prevent issues from escalating.

Requirements

• Location: Ottawa, ON, Canada (#LI-Hybrid)
• 10+ years in crisis management, escalation management, or related field
• Strong technical literacy in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
• Proven high-pressure situation management with structured decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical teams and leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority
