What you will do

• Prepare, export, and optimise design assets using Figma and Photoshop for development.
• Deliver high-volume display banners and social BAU activity with accuracy and performance.
• Create bespoke campaigns from approved designs, maximising creative and technical possibilities.
• Support the Lead Developer, provide progress updates, and flag risks.
• Drive innovation in templates, tools, processes, and workflows.
• Train and support junior team members, offer technical guidance on complex builds.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, QA, and resource team for successful delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in agencies/production at mid-weight level
• Proficient in dynamic HTML templates and bespoke builds
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with ad servers (Innovid/Flashtalking, DoubleClick Studio)
• GSAP/GreenSock for animations
• Debugging, optimisation, cross-browser performance
• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
• Manage deadlines, high volume of briefs
