What you will do
- Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features from Figma designs.
- Apply best practices in performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Support debugging, testing, and improving existing features.
- Contribute to component libraries, design systems, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Stay updated on modern front-end tools, trends, and CRO strategies.
Requirements
- Must be able to attend Head Office in Greater Manchester in a hybrid setup.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic Git knowledge (commits, branching) and familiarity with GitHub.
- Exposure to modern frameworks like React (preferred), Vue, or similar.
- Awareness of web fundamentals: accessibility, performance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and Node.js.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Flexbox, Grid, npm/yarn, Vite.
- Understanding of testing basics and A/B experimentation tools like Monetate.
