What you will do

• Develop and maintain healthcare software solutions, including legacy systems for stability.
• Implement features, fixes, and improvements with senior developer support.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, and developers in Agile/Scrum processes.
• Follow healthcare regulations, data protection, and security practices.
• Participate in planning, reviews, and retrospectives while building domain knowledge.

Requirements

• Some software development experience from work, studies, projects, or internships.
• Basic understanding of software engineering principles.
• Motivation to work with legacy technologies and in healthcare sector.
• Good problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent written and verbal Finnish and English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience or studies in healthcare or finance.
• Familiarity with Finnish healthcare systems.
• Experience with DynamicHealth.
• Basic backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience.
