💡 What you’ll work on:
• Acting as the Proxy Product Owner, supporting backlog management and user story creation
• Driving enhancements across GTB products: Accounts, Payments, Collections, Trade Finance
• Working closely with business teams to translate requirements into functional deliverables
• Collaborating with digital channels & integration teams across Web, Mobile, APIs, Marketplaces, H2H
• Participating in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, reviews, release planning
• Coordinating with technology teams to ensure smooth delivery of product enhancements
• Supporting UAT cycles, requirement validation, and production release activities
• Ensuring alignment with banking processes, regulatory needs, and customer expectations

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Brings 8–10 years of experience in banking technology or financial services
✔️ Has strong functional knowledge of GTB products:
✔️ Accounts & Cash Management
✔️ Payments
✔️ Collections
✔️ Trade Finance
✔️ Understands corporate banking platforms and transaction banking ecosystems
✔️ Has hands‑on experience with digital channels & integration frameworks
✔️ Works confidently in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
✔️ Can convert business requirements into clear functional specs & user stories
✔️ Communicates effectively and manages stakeholders with ease
✔️ Brings analytical thinking and a delivery‑focused mindset
✔️ Experience in Middle East banking environments is a plus
