hirify.global studio is an independent gaming company developing OneState, a realistic mobile life simulator built in Unity.

What you will do

• Define and develop the visual style for web products, the OneState web shop, and in-game interfaces.
• Create responsive promo pages, game landing pages, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Prepare detailed layouts and assets for implementation.
• Design flat-style icons and create animations for UI elements.
• Research product issues, run tests to collect data, and propose design solutions.
• Collaborate with the localization department and monitor current gamedev and web design trends.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in web and game-related studios.
• Professional proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience working with design systems, including Atomic Design and Design Tokens.
• Understanding of both web and game design guidelines and responsive design.
• Ability to justify design decisions and propose alternative solutions.
• A relevant portfolio showcasing your work.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing UI in Unity UGUI and for web.
• Experience working with AI tools.
• Strong understanding of UI and UX principles.
• Ability to create animations using After Effects, Spine, Flash, or HTML5.
