What you will do

• Work with tech stack: React, GraphQL, Storybook, Jest, Cypress, SASS, styled-components, Docker, Git CI.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Data Science to define technical strategy for Prime domain.
• Translate specs into technical design, code, and tasks delivering quick customer value.
• Lead 7-10 engineers: hire, onboard, manage performance, set goals, mentor, improve dynamics.
• Promote technical excellence, innovation, and standards.

Requirements

• Based in Spain (Madrid/Barcelona) or willing to relocate.
• Experience with coding, OO/system design, performance tuning, design patterns, data modelling.
• Javascript expertise, distributed/scalable systems.
• Comfort with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for development.
• Strong communication, data-driven decisions, customer focus, high standards.
• Ability to lead, mentor, present to technical/non-technical audiences.
