What you will do

• Monitor shared email, Slack channels, and PagerDuty for data delay alerts and respond promptly.
• Troubleshoot alerts and determine appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Communicate with partners, Customer Success, and stakeholders on ongoing data problems.
• Assist support teams in resolving customer and partner queries.
• Develop programming skills in Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Learn and use tools like Databricks and Monte Carlo.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data products and data management.
• Amenable to rotational shifts and weekend work for 24/7 team operations.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Git, ETL; eagerness to develop further.
• Eagerness to learn parallel processing, orchestration tools, and distributed systems like Databricks and Airflow.
