What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP CAP services and applications with CDS models, business logic, and extensions aligned to S/4HANA clean core.
• Build and expose APIs using OData v4 and REST, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure performance and scalability.
• Act as technical lead: define standards, review code, mentor juniors through hands-on coding and problem-solving.
• Design CAP services integrating with S/4HANA and external systems using sync/async patterns.
• Participate in workshops, translate requirements to CAP solutions, provide estimates, and engage stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years SAP development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Node.js or Java)
• Solid CDS modelling, services, CAP architecture knowledge
• Experience leading CAP development hands-on and integrating with S/4HANA
• Comfortable in Agile environments
• Remote from Philippines, Sydney Standard time

Nice to have

• Experience with Fiori/UI5 consuming CAP services
• Event-driven or API-led architectures in CAP
• Multiple CAP projects/clients exposure
