What you will do

• Develop test programs on Advantest 93K for characterization, production, and wafer sort.
• Design tester hardware for high-speed testing and create documentation for test plans and methodologies.
• Participate in testability reviews with DFT/DFM teams to enhance yield and test methods.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation to ATE format.
• Lead test flow optimization, test time reduction, yield improvement, and production program releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related; 5-10 years experience (Master’s: 3-5 years).
• Minimum 6+ years test program development on Advantest 93K ATE platform.
• Experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, high-speed digital testing (4+ years).
• Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, Linux.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, multi-tasking in fast-paced environment.
