What you will do

• Leverage AI-augmented development tools to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
• Build backend services and workflows to make customer POV onboarding smoother, quicker, and more self-serve.
• Design scalable systems providing end-to-end visibility across onboarding processes.
• Develop core backend systems for tenant management, onboarding orchestration, setup tooling, and command center experiences.
• Build reliable APIs and architectures supporting enterprise-grade onboarding at scale.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful solutions.
• Take ownership of features from design through production validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Backend development with Python and/or Golang
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong computer science fundamentals, data structures, debugging, and performance optimization
• Eligibility for U.S. export-controlled technology access

Nice to have

• Experience with onboarding, provisioning, workflow orchestration, or platform automation
• Familiarity with backend systems for process visibility and operational tooling
• Distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, or event-driven workflows
• Tenant lifecycle management, setup automation, or enterprise SaaS workflows

Hiring process
