What you will do

• Lead technical design and project management of cyber engineering initiatives aligned with DoW modernization objectives.
• Manage timelines and resources for cyber test and evaluation portfolios.
• Analyze, assess, and demonstrate innovative cyber capabilities through rigorous testing.
• Evaluate sensor system performance, operational feasibility, and mission-critical standards.
• Provide recommendations on system risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DoD directives and maintain technical documentation standards.

Requirements

• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• 15+ years of technical expertise in cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation
• 10+ years of experience in project management for technical or engineering teams
• 10+ years supporting analysis, assessment, and testing of cyber capabilities
• 10+ years evaluating and validating sensor system performance and effectiveness
• Hold at least one relevant certification: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP+, OSCP, GIAC, or CCSP
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field

Nice to have

• Prior military experience or direct DoW work
• Experience with cloud-native cyber tools and containerized testing environments
• Familiarity with DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle and rapid prototyping
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in high-tempo environments
