Post Production Fellow (Edit and AI): Supporting content and post-production workflows for social, branded, experiential, and campaign projects with an accent on editing, media management, and AI-driven tools. Focus on assembling rough cuts, implementing AI for efficiency, and collaborating on finishing workflows.

On-site in New York, NY (must be available minimum 3 days per week at offices)

What you will do

• Assist in editing short-form and long-form video content for digital, social, and campaign deliverables
• Support assembly of selects, rough cuts, and versioning for reviews
• Organize and manage media, project files, and edit timelines
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Strategy teams in post-production
• Assist with color, sound, finishing, motion graphics, and text treatments
• Explore and implement AI tools to enhance editing and creative output
• Handle content formatting, exports, archiving, and asset organization

Requirements

• Must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week to work at our offices in New York
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects; familiarity with Higgsfield/Runway is a plus
• Strong interest and working knowledge of AI tools for editing, content generation, or workflow optimization
• Understanding of post-production workflows, media management, and file organization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and ability to take direction while bringing ideas
