What you will do

• Provide quality engineering input during product development, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish quality standards.
• Offer online support for design and validation builds, focusing on production control, product evaluation, reliability, and inventory management.
• Develop, modify, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
• Author and support qualification/validation protocols and reports, performing statistical analysis to meet specifications.
• Lead root cause investigations and problem-solving for quality issues, ensuring corrective actions and compliant documentation.
• Devise inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and equipment, including test method validation.

Requirements

• Level 8 bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
• 2-3 years of experience in Quality or Medical Devices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Practical knowledge of statistical data analysis, problem solving, and quality improvement tools
• Technical writing skills
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and manage time effectively
