What you will do

• Design, implement, and test features for offline-capable mobile apps across iOS, Android, and Windows for field workers.
• Lead and collaborate on new feature development with product team and domain experts.
• Enhance mobile app architecture focusing on performance, robustness, and efficiency.
• Maintain toolchain, test environments, and ensure high-quality standards through code reviews and testing.
• Align development with business objectives and increase automated test coverage for faster iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with 3+ years focused on React Native
• Strong architecture knowledge (storage, design, React Native specific)
• Strong knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Composition, Memoization, Reactivity
• Experience implementing multiple React Native applications
• Strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in ReactJS and full-stack development
• Knowledge of native development
• Experience setting up full React Native projects from scratch
• End-to-end testing experience
• Experience setting up/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
