What you will do
- Lead features from concept to post-mortem: set requirements, sync team and vision, resolve blockers, collaborate with art, narrative, CM, support.
- Develop design docs from concept to full GDD.
- Design systems: quests, event economy, balance progressions, matchmaking, ratings.
- Work with analytics: pre/post analysis for launches and iterations.
- Design and balance monetization offers by audience segments.
- Collaborate on UI/UX layouts and prototypes with designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Game Design.
- Strong knowledge of mid-core Battler games and LiveOps practices.
- Experience in LiveOps for live projects using data-driven approach.
