• Analyze system behavior using prototype, commissioning, and operational feedback
• Identify improvement opportunities and derive technical optimization measures across turbine competence areas
• Improve system interfaces across disciplines and adjacent system groups
• Challenge design concepts from a system-performance perspective
• Support complex troubleshooting and task forces
• Drive system optimization and continuous improvement across turbine competence areas

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience in different areas of turbine development
• System view on turbine from design to operation
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to engineering, management, and project stakeholders
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical expertise
• Hands-on type
