Senior Software Engineer – Frontend (Core UX / Product Team) (React): Design, build, and deliver core frontend features central to ’s web applications with an accent on reusable components, workflows, and frontend architecture. Location: Remote from Poland, Ukraine, Portugal, or Europe. Hybrid option from offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Lisbon. Work schedule aligned with EU time zones.
Salary: 275000–413000 PLN annually (Poland).

What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and build scalable frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, and shared libraries.
- Develop, test, and deploy features across monolithic and microfrontend architectures, focusing on modularization and reusable components.
- Implement robust observability and monitoring with Sentry and Grafana, proactively addressing issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system stability and performance.
- Drive technical initiatives to improve codebase health, developer experience, and best practices.
- Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience building web applications.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, scalable state management, CSS-in-JS, and React ecosystem.
- Experience with monolithic and microfrontend architectures, shared component libraries, and design systems.
- Familiarity with observability tools, on-call support, frontend performance monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven end-to-end delivery of product-facing features and participation in architecture discussions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
