What you will do

• Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with good test coverage.
• Review and translate product requirements into robust designs for high-quality application systems.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure best practices and company standards.
• Facilitate sprint teams to deliver new or improved features and address impediments.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders for successful functionality delivery.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to promote innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software programming experience, with at least 2 years in relevant technologies.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
