TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Steering end-to-end development of data-driven sales models for acquisition, cross-sell, and churn with an accent on strategy, roadmap, and underlying data/model engine. Focus on defining future-proof AI solutions, managing delivery of scalable models, and ensuring compliance and operational stability.

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht (NL); must be located in the Netherlands, relocation not possible

Salary: €5,876 - €8,395 (scale 10, 36 hours)

What you will do

  • Define and communicate strategy and roadmap for data-driven sales models, building relationships with business domains.
  • Steer squad delivery of high-quality, scalable AI models for acquisition, cross-sell, and churn.
  • Manage product backlog, priorities, timelines, and team of Data Scientists and Engineers.
  • Ensure underlying data and model engine is operational, compliant, secure, and monitored.
  • Work with internal customers to discover needs and solve complex data/analytics challenges.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Netherlands; relocation not possible
  • 5+ years as product manager, preferably with AI experience.
  • Proven track record bringing Data & Analytics solutions to production.
  • Experience leading Data & Analytics teams, coaching, and strategic presentations to executives.
  • Strong English communication (spoken and written).
  • Communicate well in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales & engagement models (acquisition, cross-sell, churn).
  • Background in banking industry.
