Location: Flexible hybrid setup - split time between carbon-neutral Amsterdam office and home. Amsterdam-based required for office attendance.

What you will do

• Develop and own roadmap for flexibility monetization, balancing market opportunities and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Producer Product teams and Head of Product to align Green Power strategy.
• Define and track key KPIs, enable new trading strategies, and pivot based on insights.
• Slice complex epics into deliverables with Team Lead, balancing business value and system health.
• Elevate product culture, guide junior team members, and refine agile processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years as Product Owner in technical/digital product environments.
• Proven data-driven decision-making to prioritize impactful initiatives.
• Comfort diving into technical concepts, weighing trade-offs impacting asset performance and risk.
• Ability to articulate complex visions to senior stakeholders for alignment.
• Familiarity with energy market and digital products for flexibility/trading systems.
