What you will do
- Own people operations and payroll: manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure payroll and leave accuracy, handle daily HR queries.
- Lead HR compliance and strategy: expert on Brazilian labor laws, update policies and benefits, implement remuneration including bonuses and collective bargaining.
- Drive workplace and culture: design local team events and office initiatives in partnership with global engagement team, optimize budgets.
- Handle finance and office operations: manage accounts payable, invoices, budget planning, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
Requirements
- Significant experience in People Operations within Brazil, strong grasp of CLT, Dissídios, and payroll nuances for 100% compliance
- Proven ability to take full ownership of topics, drive projects autonomously with stakeholder updates
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail for confidential data
- Proactive communicator building bridges between local and global teams
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese mandatory
