TL;DR
Integration Support Specialist (EdTech): Support customers with implementation and troubleshooting of integrations between IXL platform and education systems with an accent on API configurations, system connectivity, and client success. Focus on collaborating with account managers, sales, engineering, and product teams to analyze data, improve services, and drive customer engagement.
Location: Hybrid in Raleigh-Durham, NC area office (Monday-Friday in office, option for one day work from home per week)

What you will do
- Provide phone and email support to ensure customer success with IXL platform
- Implement and troubleshoot API-based system integrations for customers
- Work with district administrators and technology directors to facilitate adoption
- Collaborate with customer teams, sales, engineering, and product design on product improvements
- Deliver positive customer experiences and analyze data for engagement and utilization
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a technical discipline
- 3-5 years in a technical support role
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting API-based integrations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with analytical, diagnostic, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Quick learner with initiative, able to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively
