TL;DR
Senior Revenue Consultant (TechnologyOne Property & Rating): Lead and deliver Property & Rating improvements, upgrades, and implementations for councils with an accent on valuations, billing cycles, charging structures, and process optimization. Focus on designing configurations, building ETLs and workflows, troubleshooting data issues, and running workshops to streamline council operations.
Location: Hybrid from offices in Melbourne or Sydney (Australia) and New Zealand

What you will do
- Lead Property & Rating module improvements, upgrades, and implementations tailored to unique council needs.
- Run workshops on valuations, property lifecycle, charging, instalments, recoveries, and annual billing.
- Design and configure TechOne P&R solutions, ETLs, workflows, DocOne templates, and DocViews.
- Troubleshoot data issues, perform reconciliations, support UAT, and optimize business processes.
- Share knowledge with clients, mentor juniors, and help councils improve P&R usage.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience as senior end-user, Rates SME, or system admin for TechOne Property & Rating.
- TechnologyOne CiA experience (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of property/valuation management, rating structures/levies, instalments/supplementary cycles, revenue/recoveries/compliance, EOY/annual billing.
- Experience with ETLs, BPAs, DocOne, workflows.
- Business process analysis skills to map and improve real vs. ideal processes.
- Confidence in running workshops, excellent documentation and communication skills, team-first attitude with willingness for office/onsite work.
