What you will do

• Assist clients in defining business requirements and supporting business improvements.
• Perform gap analysis between client needs and TechnologyOne capabilities.
• Assess, strategize, and manage deployments of business applications.
• Design, implement, and deliver solutions to optimise business functions.
• Create change requests for enhancements and ensure maximum system value.
• Contribute to product reference databases and in-house delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years TechnologyOne consulting experience or similar as a user
• 2+ years in design and implementation of business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CES, CI, CIA
• Experience documenting functional specifications and requirements.
• Skills in analysing requirements and advising on software leverage.
• Ability to work with technical/non-technical stakeholders and build client relationships.
• Tertiary qualification in related field; efficient communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management, Project Lifecycle Management, or Property and Rating skills.
• TechnologyOne technical skills like XLOne Reporting, BPAs.
• Confidence in delivering customer training.
