Salary: Up to $200k base + Bonus

What you will do

• Design and develop a new trading platform from scratch using C++ and Python.
• Implement low-latency event-driven systems with optimal performance and scalability.
• Build exchange adapters and connectivity for US, Europe, APAC, and Crypto markets.
• Apply parallel programming, multithreading, and concurrency for high data throughput.
• Use TDD for clean, reliable code and integrate real-time data feeds and order processing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance for ultra-low latency.

Requirements

• Experience with modern C++ for low-latency systems.
• Hands-on with event-driven architecture, message brokers, and real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency in trading or real-time systems.
• Competency in Python for automation, scripting, and data processing.
• Experience with FIX protocol and building exchange adapters.
• Proven TDD application and strong debugging/performance tuning skills.
