What you will do

• Design cryptoeconomic systems enabling verifiable commitments and programmable state transitions.
• Research identity, attestation, and reputation primitives within decentralized environments.
• Develop mechanisms for secure cross-network coordination and trust minimization.
• Formalize security assumptions and adversarial models for protocol components.
• Prototype and benchmark new consensus or validation schemes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize research and author technical specifications.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in distributed systems, cryptography, or applied mathematics.
• Experience designing blockchain or decentralized protocol mechanisms.
• Deep understanding of consensus systems and cryptoeconomic incentives.
• Proficiency in Rust, Go, or similar systems-level languages.
• Ability to translate theoretical designs into practical implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience with zero-knowledge systems or verifiable computation.
• Knowledge of decentralized identity (DID) or credential frameworks.
