TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (Data Protection): Drive onboarding, adoption, and optimization for data protection and resilience platforms with an accent on technical assessments, stakeholder engagement, and account growth. Focus on conducting disaster recovery simulations, building protection plans, and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Location: Remote in France

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding and adoption for enterprise accounts, configuring environments and guiding best practices.
  • Conduct technical assessments, disaster recovery simulations, and resilience evaluations.
  • Identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and provide insights for renewals and expansion.
  • Build protection plans and recommend architecture solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams on adoption campaigns.
  • Engage executives with reporting, risk analysis, and technical recommendations.
  • Own technical success plans and adoption roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles (Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales SE, Technical Account Management)
  • Advanced English proficiency; strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms.
  • Experience designing protection plans, migrations, recovery simulations.
  • Relevant certifications (VMCE required, AWS/Azure a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management with CISO/CIO-level executives.
  • Ability to translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, collaboration skills.
