What you will do

• Ensure master data quality, governance, and integration across ERP processes for customers, vendors, GL data, providing guidance to FSSCs and process owners.
• Define and enforce technical data standards, naming conventions, hierarchies, attribute definitions, validation rules, and business logic.
• Partner with IT, ERP teams, and Integration Leads to enable seamless data integration between Oracle Fusion and other systems, including data flows and mappings.
• Monitor data quality, resolve issues, develop reporting for accuracy and compliance, and support ERP rollouts and migrations.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, adherence to internal controls, audits, and training for regional teams on master data governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
• 5+ years in finance master data management
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
• Data governance and master data management expertise
• Strong understanding of data structures, models, flows, field-level requirements, validation logic, and translating business needs to technical specs
• Analytical problem-solving, collaboration across Finance/IT/Operations, attention to detail in global environment
