What you will do

• Define detailed process steps and process deviations within the designated area of responsibility.
• Promote standardization and support regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions.
• Proactively identify and propose new opportunities for standardization to improve business processes.
• Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions across the organization.
• Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local key users to manage deliverables, including creation, validation, testing, deployment, and training.

Requirements

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in SAP EWM or a comparable work environment.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and solving problems in collaboration with local key users and IT.
• Strong skills in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications.
• English: Good communication skills are essential.
• Location: Must be based in Italy, Czech Republic, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or other languages spoken in the EMEA region.
