What you will do

• Provide L2 incident and problem management for core banking apps like Flexcube, SWIFT, and MUFG payment systems by collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate technical deliverables including customizations, patches, and fixes from vendors.
• Document procedures in Confluence, support user training, and assist project managers on core banking initiatives.
• Interact with financial system vendors on issues, enhancements, and platform releases.
• Participate in testing for system changes, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure quality before deployment.
• Drive automation and feature expansion while coordinating across internal IT groups for issue resolution and audits.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT discipline preferred.
• 5+ years in analytical and technical support for business banking applications.
• Exposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Java, .Net.
• Knowledge of application architecture, SDLC, ITIL, and banking environments.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certificate.
