What you will do

• Design and facilitate strategic planning and governance meetings with C-Suite.
• Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and evaluate M&A opportunities.
• Oversee full financial planning cycle: forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning.
• Analyze business results and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and establish standardized processes using BI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Finance Business Partner Lead/Manager at a Tech Company
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, and company-level business partnering
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business case building, and investment/M&A evaluation
• Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency (Fluent English required)
• Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and mentoring teams

Nice to have

• Professional qualification: CFA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Experience with VBA
• Prior experience in consulting, startups, or technology companies
