What you will do

• Serve as main contact for user support requests and system issues.
• Investigate, replicate, and document bugs and data irregularities.
• Manually test new features, fixes, and updates before release.
• Create and maintain test cases, release notes, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Support user onboarding, training, and feedback collection.
• Monitor data accuracy in MySQL database and perform regression testing.

Requirements

• Background in support, quality assurance, or testing in software/data settings.
• Good knowledge of manual testing processes and bug tracking.
• Basic SQL skills (ideally MySQL) for data exploration and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Well-organized and proactive for independent remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience testing web front-end apps (Vue.js).
• Familiarity with JIRA or GitHub Issues.
• Understanding of financial systems or business processes.
