What you will do
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages, social media, and ads.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.
- Improve UX across the website to boost conversion rates.
- Design email creatives, ad assets, and promotional graphics per brand guidelines.
- Maintain and evolve design systems for UI consistency across platforms.
- Analyze performance data and iterate designs based on metrics and user behavior.
Requirements
- 3+ years in UX/UI and graphic design for DTC eCommerce, preferably health and wellness.
- Strong portfolio with landing pages, product pages, and conversion-focused designs.
- Advanced Figma proficiency.
- Balance of creative vision and performance-driven design.
- Excellent design principles knowledge: typography, color theory, layout.
- Responsive design for email and social media.
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
