What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable WordPress components, templates, and reusable patterns for fast page creation.
• Implement consistent on-brand experiences and contribute to shared component library with design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch growth experiences like calculators, dynamic variants, and personalization experiments.
• Integrate third-party martech stack, CRM, analytics, tag management, and ad platforms.
• Use AI-native tools like Claude Code to accelerate development and improve quality.
• Contribute to automated QA, end-to-end testing, and SEO audits to prevent regressions.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional frontend web development experience, ideally on marketing/growth websites
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React fundamentals
• Comfortable in CMS environments (WordPress a plus)
• Focus on business outcomes like page speed, SEO, conversion rates
• Experience collaborating in Jira and Figma
• AI-native: familiar with tools like Claude Code, Cursor
